1. About VisaRequest

VisaRequest is a private, independent visa consultancy service. We assist individuals and businesses with visa consulting, document review, and guidance on how to prepare visa-related documentation. We are not a government service, immigration authority, embassy, or consulate, and we are not affiliated with any such body in any capacity.

2. Services Provided

Our services include visa consultation, document review, form review and guidance, guidance on appointment scheduling, and guidance on official submission steps. Our role is strictly informational and advisory - we do not make immigration decisions, issue visas, process government documents, submit government documents on behalf of clients, or represent any government body.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

VisaRequest does not and cannot guarantee visa approval. All decisions regarding visa applications - including approvals, rejections, requests for additional information, or delays - rest solely and exclusively with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Engaging our services does not influence the outcome of any visa decision.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
• Ensuring all original documents supplied to VisaRequest are genuine and valid
• Ensuring sufficient financial means to support the trip (as required by the relevant embassy)
• Preparing documents well in advance of travel - we recommend a minimum of 6-8 weeks for standard visa matters
• Informing VisaRequest immediately of any changes in circumstances that may affect the application

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are charged for our consultancy and document preparation services. Payment is required before work commences. Our fees do not include embassy visa fees, courier charges, or any third-party costs unless explicitly stated. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event of visa rejection, our service fee is not refunded as the service (application preparation) was completed.

6. Limitation of Liability

VisaRequest accepts no liability for visa rejections, embassy decision delays, changes in embassy policy, or any loss arising from a visa matter. We are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs, financial losses, or other consequential losses arising from a visa rejection or delay.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not share personal data with third parties except where necessary to provide requested advisory, document review, or related support services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
